Work IN Roads Golf Outing
PROGRAM
Join us on Friday, June 5 at Eagle Creek Golf Club in Indianapolis to RAISE FUNDS for the Work IN Roads, Inc. foundation and Work IN Roads Civil Construction Pathway that is bringing students into the industry immediately after high school graduation – complete with certifications and experience to hit the ground running. Work IN Roads Golf allows industry to CONNECT with the teachers who are inspiring the next generation of road builders, BUILD your business connections and ENJOY friendly competition at beautiful Eagle Creek Golf Club.
SCHEDULE
10:30 a.m. – Registration
11:00 a.m. – Box Lunch
12:00 p.m. – Shotgun Start
Buffet dinner and awards immediately follow golf.
REGISTRATION
Your foursome registration includes: golf and carts for four, boxed lunch, buffet dinner, beverages on the course. An extras package is available online at registration only and includes team 50/50 drawing, mulligans and poker game. The registration deadline is Friday, May 15. Any cancellations received after Friday, May 15 and all no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Substitutions are welcome in advance and on-site the day of the outing.
SPONSORSHIPS
Sponsors are the backbone of our fundraising efforts for the Work IN Roads Golf Outing. The money we raise with this outing goes directly to our Civil Career Pathway schools to provide materials and equipment for students. For example:
• $25,000 provides a new skid steer simulator.
• $1,800 covers student WIR costs for two years.
• $500 provides new training materials for teachers including differential level and soil testing sieve sets, measuring wheels and digital scales.
Sponsorships are open on a first-come, first-served basis. One sponsorship per company. All sponsorships receive logo recognition in digital promotions (website, email), social media (Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram) and on-site print materials (program, signage). Sponsorship deadline is Friday, May 8.

PRIME SPONSOR (1 available) – Your $3,500 investment includes a foursome, top billing and branded swag for each participant.
SPECIALTY SPONSORS (5 available) – Your $3,000 investment includes a foursome and individual premiums:
• Pitching Contest – Dump Truck Pitch In includes premium placement and signage
• Putting Contest – Skid Steer Putter includes premium placement and signage
• Lunch – Branded boxed lunch packaging and indoor signage
• Dinner – Branded dinner napkins and indoor signage
• Safety – Branded golf safety kit for each participant
PIPELINE SPONSORS (4 available) – Your investment of $2,000 will keep our golfers hydrated with a hydration station/beverage cart sponsorship that includes a foursome, signage and the unending gratitude of all of our thirsty golfers!
HOLE SPONSORS (17 available) – Your $1,000 sponsorship includes a foursome and hole signage. In 2026, we’re encouraging more sponsor/golfer interaction than ever before. If you choose a hole sponsorship, please plan to have a table/tent with PEOPLE, swag, entertainment or refreshments at your hole.
