What is Work IN Roads?

Work IN Roads is a collaborative initiative between industry federal, state and local agencies and organizations aiming to inform Hoosiers about the broad career paths available in the road construction industry. We support the pipeline by increasing awareness and connecting students to employers, ultimately providing better roads, better careers and a better living.

We’ve recently established Women IN Roads to support women in the construction industry in Indiana and reinforce the nationwide Million Women in Construction initiative that aims to double the number of women in construction over the next decade. This program aims to diversify the construction industry right here in the Hoosier state.

Through our Foundation, we are dedicated to supporting the next generation of skilled trades and professional services.
