Crew Foremen are responsible for assigning the right people to a job, tracking costs, and ensuring optimal project conditions and procedures. They are also responsible for the safety of the project. Essentially, they are well versed on every aspect of the project.  These people are very detail-oriented, being tasked with thorough evaluating and reporting.
